PRIVACY POLICY and COOKIES POLICY
1. | Processing and securing the personal data, as specified below, occurs in accordance with provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC – hereinafter GDPR. |

Aleja Wojska Polskiego 150/1, 71-324 Szczecin, NIP (tax registration number) 8512650604, REGON (statistical number) 361177782 hereinafter referred to as “FRIS®” is the personal data controller and has introduced this Privacy Policy, hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”, pertaining to matters of personal data protection and IT data protection. This Policy shall be applicable to any and all services or websites of FRIS®, including, in particular, online services in the FRIS.pl domain. |

7. | Personal data shall always be processed on the appropriate legal basis, including, inter alia, on the basis of consent granted by the User. In the case of registration using the application form, consent for personal data processing and acceptance of terms and conditions contained in this Policy shall be required. |
8. | Personal data shall be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing, being in the majority of cases the period of service provision based on the executed contract, terms of service or granted consent for the processing of personal data (e.g. newsletter – throughout the entire subscription period of marketing messages). After such period has expired, such data shall be erased and anonymised so that it can be used for statistical and research purposes. |
9. | Personal data recorded in book-keeping documentation shall be processed for the period indicated in applicable provisions of law, including tax provisions. |
10. | In order to ensure the professional nature and high quality of services as well as appropriate means and tools, FRIS® in the course of personal data processing engages third parties (e.g. application form on the website – hosting company, research questionnaire – survey system, dispatching e-mails – newsletter system, accounting – invoicing system and book-keeping office, technical support – ticketing system and knowledge base, etc.). Terms and conditions of cooperation and personal data protection by such entities are specified by relevant personal data processing contracts and understandings. We take great care so that such entities provide guarantees of due protection of personal data. |
11. | Third parties referred to in the clause above have their registered offices mainly in Poland and in other countries of the European Economic Area (EEA). A very small number of our suppliers, in particular, due to the nature of offered services, may process data outside EEA, therefore we exercise due care so that such suppliers ensure adequate level of personal data protection, resulting, in particular, from the Commission (EU) adopting an adequacy decision, from the obligation to use standard contract clauses adopted by the Commission (EU) or from legally binding and enforceable instruments between authorities or public entities (e.g. Google LLC). |
12. | Processing for marketing purposes may take place through the use of an automated profiling process that shall allow monitoring on FRIS® websites interests and activity of Users receiving correspondence from FRIS®. Such processing shall consist in recording user activity and linking a given User with interest groups, selected products or services as well as events, allowing marketing communication to be better tailored to User’s interests. The User shall be entitled to object to automated profiling. |
What are the rights and obligations of Users?

14. | Provision of personal data is a condition of executing a contract or a contractual obligation. The User being the data subject shall be obliged to provide his/her own personal data, and should such User refuse to do so FRIS® may refuse to provide the services. |
15. | The User shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of Personal Data Protection Authority if such User considers that the processing of his/her personal data violated the provisions of GDPR. |
16. | The Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time, for example, due to the need to update or take account of new technical or legal solutions. However, User’s rights hereunder shall not be limited without the express consent of the User. |

What is our policy towards „cookies”?
20. | When you use websites or online services of FRIS®, we collect various kinds of information from visitors and Users; in particular, we use cookies. Cookies are small text files containing IT data, sent by the website or the online service, accepted by the browser and stored in the User’s device.
